Kevlar is used for its elastic properties to stretch yet not break. Kevlar is softer than graphite and allows the frame to use less graphite and absorb the force of the impact more effectively. 
The Kevlar Paddles is a 3K Carbon and Kevlar mixed knitting. As Kevlar is easy getting fluffy during the usage and drilling. There is no 100% Kevlar applied on the Racket.
